Kitchen Cabinets Technical Specifications

All units are self assembly - white finish 18mm thick MFC - cabinets are supplied with 6mm backs.

Doors, drawer fronts, hinges,drawer boxes and accessories should be ordered separately.

Please add 150mm to overall height of base units for legs

Cabinets are available in White, or a wide range of other finishes to co-ordinate with the Bella door range. Please note that whilst we offer a close colour match to the Bella door finishes, because of the nature of the materials being used we are unable to guarantee an exact colour match. If an exact colour match is required, then you can apply matching self adhesive vinyl, or end panels to the sides of the cabinet.

Base units are supplied with adjustable legs, and 1 adjustable shelf. All base units have a 50mm service duct at the rear for pipes/cables etc.

720mm high base units can be fitted with 715mm high doors or a 570mm high door and a 140mm high drawer front.

L Shape base units can be fitted with 2 qty 715 x 315mm wide18mm thick doors. If your doors are a different thickness, you may need to adjust the door sizes accordingly.

Base units are suitable for use as a drawer unit - simply remove the shelf and install drawer boxes (supplied separately). Popular drawer front combinations are;
4 x 175mm high
3 x 140mm high + 1 x 283mm high
1 x 140mm high + 2 x 283mm high
2 x 355mm high

Double base units (units 800mm wide and above) can be used as wide drawer packs.

Base units can be used as a built under oven housing. Order a 115 x 596mm drawer front for fitting below the oven.

Wall units are supplied with 1 adjustable shelf (2 in a 900mm high wall units). Wall hanging brackets. All wall units have a 20mm service duct at the rear for pipes/cables etc.

720mm high wall units can be fitted with 715mm high doors.
900mm high wall units can be fitted with 895mm or 900mm high doors.

Angled wall units can be fitted with 396mm wide doors

L shape wall units can be fitted with 2 qty 278mm wide18mm thick doors. If your doors are a different thickness, you may need to adjust the door sizes accordingly.

Tall larder units are supplied with adjustable legs, 3 adjustable shelves and 1 fixed shelves.

1965mm high units can be fitted with a 1245mm high door + 715mm door.

2150mm high units can be fitted with a 1245mm high door + 900mm door.

Tall appliance/oven units. Are supplied with 2 fixed shelves which you can fit in any position to suit your particular appliance requirements - please note that you will need to drill 4 holes to position each fixed shelf. The back panel may need to be cut down to suit your specific requirements.

1965mm high tall oven housings fitted with a 900mm high double oven can be fitted with a 570mm high bottom door plus a 490mm high top door.

1965mm tall oven housings fitted with a 600mm high single oven can be fitted with a 570mm high bottom door plus a 785mm high top door.

2150mm high tall oven housings fitted with a 900mm high double oven can be fitted with a 570mm high bottom door plus a 680mm high top door.

2150mm tall oven housings fitted with a 600mm high single oven can be fitted with a 570mm high bottom door plus a 970mm high top door.

Integrated fridge freezers can be installed into a tall oven housing, however we suggest that you do not order the doors until you have measured the size of your specific appliance doors as these can vary from one appliance to another.

It may be necessary to alter the position of the cabinet shelves to suit your specific requirements and mount hinge backplates to suit the sizes of your specific doors.
