Tilston Cream Oak Kitchen Doors
A Shaker door with a slight twist, the Tilston door has the four-part frame that’s typical of the style, but its centre panel is raised and surrounded by a recessed border. It’s a small change that sets the Tilston apart from other Shaker-inspired doors, and it will give your kitchen a look that perfectly balances traditional design with understated contemporary style. Complete the look with simple bar handles or, if you prefer a more rustic look, pewter-effect latches.
An exceptionally pretty finish, Cream Oak manages to look both cool and creamy, and has a subtle woodgrain pattern running through it. If your kitchen is on the small side or doesn’t get a lot of daylight, Cream Oak is a great alternative to plain white – you’ll get the same brightening effect but none of the harshness. Draw out that hint of warmth by pairing your Cream Oak doors with solid wood worktops, bare wooden floorboards and accessories in dusky pinks or peachy hues. Alternatively, use muted blues and greens alongside Cream Oak for a calming look inspired by the natural world.
