Any other comments? | We had the email on Thursday 16th, saying the doors had been dispatched from the factory. It said carrier would be City Link next working day service, so we anticipated perhaps getting delivery today, Friday. However, when we went to the City Link website it said the delivery would be on Monday 20th, between 07:30 and 17:30. That was not any problem. However, the doors were actually delivered this morning, Friday, at approx 9am. Fortunately someone was at home to receive them. Following your instructions, we asked to inspect the goods before signing, but we were not allowed to open the packages until we had signed. We signed saying 'Not allowed to inspect; Boxes damaged'. Fortunately when we THEN opened the packages there was no problem, due to the excellent packaging. |

Thanks very much for bringing this issue to our attention.
I have forwarded your comments to the factory who are having a meeting with City Link next week. We've only recently started using City Link and although the rate of damage in transit is significanlty lower than the previous carrier, there have been some 'teething issues' with inaccurate tracking data on their website.
This kind of error can be very frustrating for customers and we will be working with the factory to ensure that this is resolved asap
