|What do you think about your new kitchen doors?||My doors are great, totaly changed the look of my kitchen.|
|How did you get on fitting your new doors?||The fitting of the doors was easy, with the holes pre-drilled for the existing hindges.|

|What could we do to improve our kitchen doors or our service?||Now for the BUT! Unfortunetly i had measured 1 of my doors wrongly. As a result i needed to order another door. I had spent £480 on doors and as i had spent over £250 i recieved free delivery. When i ordered the door to replace the door which i measured wrongly, this took me to well over £500. I was so disappointed to be charged £60 for the door / delivery i had to re-order, the price of the door was fine but i was also asked to pay a whopping £22 for the delivery of 1 door. This in my view was totally exsessive, especially as i had spent over £500 and this added insult to injury over my mistake.The customer service i recieved was shocking, with a not caring attitude and no fexibility whatsoever regarding my situation.As a result, there would be no way i would deal with yourselves again, or recommend you to others.|
