The Mayfield in Fjord

A modern take on a classic design, the Mayfield has the shape of a Shaker door, but its grooves fade out to a profiled edge. The Shaker door is the UK’s most popular style, but the Mayfield is an refreshed version of it – so if you’re looking to bring your kitchen up to date but still want elements of timeless style, the Mayfield is the door for you. Keep it contemporary with sleek bar handles, or choose simple round knobs for a look that won’t date.

A highly modern hue, Fjord is a cool blue-green that looks fantastic on the Mayfield door. Blues and greens are moving from bathrooms and bedrooms into kitchens, and we think it’s about time too, as these aquatic shades will help you create a kitchen that’s both calming and stylish. Let Fjord be the talking point and keep the surrounding palette simple – greys, whites and light woodgrains will complete the seaside-inspired theme.
