The Storrington kitchen door in Graphite
If you love the drama of a dark colour in your kitchen yet you still want to maintain the feel of traditionally-crafted furniture, the Storrington replacement kitchen door with the shade of Graphite could be perfect for you. The Shaker style of the door may have a classic feel, but the colour will really add a sense of contemporary excitement to the room especially if it is twinned with a strongly coloured worktop, tile or floor.
With its detailed panelled central areas and Shaker-style framing, the Storrington door has a hand-crafted feel. Of course, the Shakers were well known for producing carefully crafted pieces of furniture that stood the test of time. This door meets all the expectations that the Shakers would have been proud of, and the Graphite shade allows all of the fine details to shine through.
You may have stumbled across the Graphite colour while you were searching for black finishes and we bet it caught your eye. While plain black can sometimes be too bold a choice for a more classic home, this grey shade still has that drama but it reveals a more subtle look that only grey can offer. When combined with other strong colours, the shade is lifted and given more excitement. You could try a black gloss worktop or even a white worktop to extend the monochrome theme further. Add in some green or red accessories to create a softer, but still striking look. The Storrington door is one of the few in our collection that really has some perfect detailing that works well with this matt finish and it is designed to become an integral part of the design - going far beyond the simple colour of your kitchen.
